32 Stadiums Tour – Stop #1: Chicago

Windy City Stadium
Recap

Our stadium journey officially began in Chicago, and the city set the bar high.

The first stop had to be Millennium Park for the classic selfie with The Bean. Next before the crowds packed in, I walked around Soldier Field (Windy City Stadium), taking in its historic presence. By the time kickoff on Sunday came, the atmosphere was electric as the @ChicagoBears faithful poured in.

I stayed right in the heart of it all at The Wit Hotel (@theWithChicago). Walking outside meant being surrounded by the skyline and riverfront, and every block reminded me why this city has such an energy. I walked a block and was at the Chicago Riverwalk, it was nice. I could slow down, sip something cold, and just watch life along the water. From there, Navy Pier added a playful twist with rides, lakefront views, and that unmistakable Chicago buzz.

And of course, the tastes: Garrett Mix popcorn, that salty-sweet legend I couldn’t put down, and a pour of Inspiro Tequila (@InspiroTequila ), smooth and fittingly Chicago-inspired.

Chicago gave me culture, flavor, and football energy in one weekend. One city down, and I can’t wait to see what the next stop brings.

Trip Highlights:

  • Millennium Park to see The Bean. Its the classic Chicago selfie spot.

  • Admired Soldier Field aka Windy City Stadium before the fans packed in stadium.

  • The Chicago Riverwalk – perfect for strolling, sipping, and people-watching.

  • Navy Pier for rides (flyover ride), lakefront views, and a taste of Chicago’s energy.

  • Staying at The Wit, right in the heart of downtown.

  • Walking Chicago’s downtown streets, soaking in the skyline and riverfront.

  • Garrett Mix popcorn – the perfect salty-sweet combo.

  • Chicago Inspired Tequila - Inspiro Tequila. Great tasting. Enjoyed it.

The Stadium Experience.

Stadium: Soldier Field
32Stadium Name: Windy City Stadium
Team: Chicago Bears
Date: September 21, 2025
Score: Bears 31, Cowboys 14
Vibe: Historic, passionate, and intensely Chicago.

The Chicago Bears made a statement at Soldier Field, knocking off the Dallas Cowboys 31-14 in front of 58,389 roaring fans, which is about 93% capacity. Despite the cloudy skies, the energy never dipped. Every Bears touchdown set off thunderous “Bears!” chants that shook the stadium. I had a blast soaking it all in along with sharing the moment with fans who left buzzing with pride after a big-time win.

2025 Week 3 Recap

The Bears wasted no time putting the Cowboys on their heels, and from the opening drive, it felt like Chicago owned the field. The energy inside the stadium was electric so much so that you almost had to feel for the Cowboys fans. It just wasn’t their day.

Chicago ended up being the only one of our TOUR32 teams to come away with a win this week, as the Dolphins, Saints, and Falcons all took losses. That leaves just six undefeated squads across the league split evenly, three in the AFC and three in the NFC.

Now, let’s shift from the scoreboard to the stands. Here are the Top 5 stadiums ranked by percentage filled in Week 3. Who’s going to claim the top spot next week?
